If you cancel more than 48hrs prior to your arrival date no payment will be due. If you cancel less than 48 hrs prior to your arrival date, your full payment will be due.  If we are able to re-let the room(s) we reserve the right to waive your cancellation fee.  Non-arrivals will be classed as cancellation with less than 48hrs notice and full payment will be due.
